بترا – الزامل توقع اتفاقية شراء اسهم في مشروع يقام على الجانب الاردني من البحر الميت

وقعت شركة (مسلم الزامل) الدولية مع شركة (سما) الأردن للاستثمار والتطوير العقاري والسياحي هنا اليوم اتفاقية تشتري الزامل بموجبها 10 بالمئة من أسهم شركة سما في مشروع منتجع واحات النخيل الذي يقام على الجانب الاردني من البحر الميت.

ووقع الاتفاقية مدير عام شركة الزامل الدولية مسلم الزامل والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة سما الأردن رزق بني هاني.

ويشمل المشروع المقام على ارض بلغت مساحتها 565 دونما 95 فيللا تقام كل واحدة على مساحة خمسة دونمات بكلفة 70 مليون دولار.

وقال المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة تشجيع الاستثمار في الاردن الدكتور معن النسور الذي حضر حفل التوقيع ان الاستثمارات الكويتية من اكبر الاستثمارات العربية في الاردن مشيدا بشركة الزامل وامتدادها الاقليمي.

وعبر النسور عن اهتمام بلاده بتحسين البيئة الاستثمارية وتقديم كل التسهيلات التي تخدم المستثمرين خاصة من منطقة الخليج العربي من خلال فتح مكاتب تمثيلية للمؤسسة في تلك الدول.

من جانبه اكد الزامل اهتمام المستثمرين الكويتيين بالاستمثار في الاردن مشيرا الى اهمية منطقة البحر الميت السياحية والترفيهية والعلاجية.

يذكر ان الاستثمارات الكويتية في الاردن تتجاوز الخمسة مليارات دولار وتتوزع على مختلف قطاعات الانتاج الصناعي والسياحية والخدمي والمالي وفي مجال الاتصالات.
