The company   started its   activities with the   launching of    the Palm Oasis Resort  which   is   the   largest  resort  of   its   kind , yet, developed by the private sector in   the  country . The   resort stretches  over an area  totaling   783,000 square meter . All   Villas in   the   resort   are   offered on   the   basis of   5000   square   meter piece  of   land .   The  size of the villa   is   left to the   buyers to decide,  starting, however,   as a minimum ,  from 245 sq meter and   above according   to   their   desire.   

The  allowable built area in the   resort, as per regulations,  is about    4% of   the   total   land   area, and   the   rest  of   the   land  is   planted   with thousands   of   palm & forestry   trees.   This   unique & distinctive    project   is located at   a   short distance from  the  Dead Sea  Eastern  beach ,and its only 5 minutes drive from the main  hotels area.   

The launching of the Palm Oasis Resort Project came as a living example to    demonstrate the Company’s capabilities; and   actually manifesting   its   vision   on the ground. Currently, there are  other ventures &   projects   awaiting to   be   developed   in the   Dead Sea area ,and   elsewhere in   the   Kingdom ;   the  details of    which   will    be   revealed in the appropriate time.
